Dr. Jamison is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He is an affiliate of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Akomolafe received his first degree in Physiotherapy at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria in 1991. He then continued his education at Belize Medical College, Central America Health Sciences, where he graduated with Doctor of Medicine in 2001. Dr. Akomolafe also received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2006 from A. T Still University, Mesa, Arizona. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Geriatric Physical Therapy, by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.  He has Advanced Certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation by the American Institute of Balance (AIB) and licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Texas. Dr. Akomolafe has been providing physical therapy services for over twenty six years in the El Paso community. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Geriatric Session of APTA, Texas Physical Therapy Association, and Vestibular Disorder Association. Dr. Akomolafe has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, which include hospitals, homecare, and outpatient.

Sandra R. Flores is board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She received her education at the University of Texas at El Paso. She completed internships at various inpatient and outpatient sites such as Southwest ENT, Providence Memorial Hospital, and Children’s Hospital of San Antonio.


She is an affiliate of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) and the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association (ACPCA). She is also a member of the Cleft Palate Team.

Dr. Kevin Bright is a fellow of American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is also board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology -- Head and Neck Surgery Dr. Bright is a clinical assistant professor at the Texas Tech School of Medicine and is the director of the El Paso Cleft Palate & Craniofacial Surgical Team. He recently finished serving as the Chief of Staff of the Sierra Medical Center.

Dr. Reiersen is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology --Head and Neck Surgery.  He attended New Mexico State University where he graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and continued his education at Boston University, graduating with a Medical Doctorate in May of 2010. Following this he completed his residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, LA. He practices in the El Paso area and currently holds a Medical License in New Mexico and Texas.


Loren S. Hart is licensed in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas. He obtained his M.A in Communication Disorders, specializing in Speech Pathology and Audiology. Currently, Loren serves on the Texas Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiologists and on the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation. Loren Stephen Hart has more than 30 years of professional experience in clinical audiology and hearing aid sales and service.

Andrea Sweetnam

Andrea Sweetnam is a clinical audiologist certified by the state of Texas to practice audiology and dispense hearing aids. She specializes in pediatric audiology and hearing implants. Mrs. Sweetnam earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Texas and her Masters of Science in Communication Disorders with a specialization in Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Dr. Chen is a fellowship trained Neurotologist and has a special interest in hearing, balance and facial nerve disorders. He is a native of Irvine, California but moved away to the east coast to complete his undergraduate degree with honors at the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY and medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD.  Following his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgery, he returned to California and completed an ACGME accredited Neurotology fellowship at the world-renowned House Ear Clinic in Los Angeles. 


He currently is stationed at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu and comes to El Paso 3-4 times per year to help us manage complex ear and base of skull pathology


His primary practice interests include cochlear implantations, hearing restoration and chronic ear surgeries, treatment of balance disorders and acoustic neuroma surgery.

Dr. Westbrook moved to El Paso to start his ENT career as a general otolaryngologist in July 2013. He practices full-time at William Beaumont Army Medical Center and is a Major in the US Army. He provides part-time coverage at Southwest ENT. He enjoys the variety that comes with being a general otolaryngologist and performs all types of head and neck surgery to include oncologic (cancer) surgery, endocrine (thyroid, parathyroid) surgery, salivary gland surgery (parotid, submandibular glands), skin cancer, basic cosmetic surgery, otologic (ear) surgery and pediatric surgery. Dr. Westbrook is particularly interested in minimally invasive, transoral robotic surgery for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea as well as benign and malignant tumors of the throat. He is currently the only ENT physician in the area offering this level of surgical care.


He attended medical school at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland. After graduating from medical school in 2007 he completed a one-year General Surgery internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawai’i. He then moved to Tacoma, Washington where he completed a five year residency in otolaryngology.

Auditory-Verbal Specialist, Speech-Language Pathologist

Mary Ceglio is an Auditory-Verbal Specialist, Speech-Language Pathologist and Certified Teacher of the Deaf and Learning Disabled. She received her Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University in Deaf Education and Learning Disability and her Master of Science from Penn State University in Speech-Language Pathology.


Mary earned her LSLS certification as an Auditory-Verbal Educator from A.G. Bell Academy for Listening and Spoken Language and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
