Dr. Julian Vellucci grew up in El Paso where he completed education through his bachelors in business administration at the University of Texas at El Paso. He served as an officer in the United States Army for 13 years. His last assignment was at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center. He completed residency at Madigan Army Medical Center and medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch.

He is married with two wonderful children. He enjoys the outdoors, exercise, soccer, tennis, and motorsport.

His primary practice interests are with head & neck cancer. He has further specific interests in surgeries of the voice, upper airway, thyroid, parathyroid, salivary glands, facial plastic surgery, sinus, sleep, and pediatric ENT surgery.
